AVALIAÇÃO DE LABORATÓRIOS VIRTUAIS DE FÍSICA PARA CONSTRUÇÃO DE NOVAS PRÁTICAS PEDAGÓGICAS
Main Article Content
Abstract
Remote laboratories, also known as virtual laboratories, are platforms that seek to simulate real experiments virtually. These laboratories are being developed in various areas of knowledge, such as physics, chemistry, biology and engineering. Its main objective is to complement learning in a more equitable way, eliminating the need for a physical structure to do so. These laboratories also make it possible to carry out complex and dangerous experiments that would not be possible to carry out in a physical learning environment. This article initially seeks to conceptualize this new learning tool, analyzing its historical evolution. Still within this context, the potential of eight virtual laboratories developed, in the area of physics, by educational institutions, both in Brazil and abroad, were analyzed, comparing them in terms of various aspects, such as interactivity, security and number of experiments. A statistical analysis was also carried out, with numerical results and graphs being presented. Finally, this article, based on the analyses, concludes that these platforms are becoming an important ally in teaching with richer and more attractive training for teaching physics for future generations.
