DIRETRIZES DE UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA EM AMBIÊNCIA PARA PESSOAS IDOSAS INSTITUCIONALIZADAS

Resumo
O desafio de proporcionar às pessoas idosas com demência institucionalizadas a possibilidade físico-ambiental de viver em comunidade, estimulando por meio do ambiente construído sua função cognitiva e promovendo um envelhecimento ativo e saudável foi a motivação desta pesquisa. O objetivo desse artigo é apresentar a revisão bibliográfica permeada pela discussão da arquitetura e seus afeitos às moradias para pessoas idosas institucionalizadas acometidas da doença neurodegenerativa de Alzheimer. A metodologia da busca sistemática e o programa Rayan auxiliou o processo de identificação, seleção, coleta de dados, análise e descrição das principais contribuições de autores. Como resultado foram identificados 126 estudos que correlacionam os conceitos para o envelhecimento no local identificando bairros estruturados, que estimulem caminhadas e atividades sociais favorecendo a saúde física e o funcionamento cognitivo, com as moradias coletivas que agregam o senso de comunidade, aumentam o conforto e a dignidade, proporcionando escolhas e oferecendo oportunidades de envolvimento com a sociedade. A abordagem da neurociência da arquitetura ou neuroarquitetura está eminente nos estudos apresentando as questões psicológicas das experiências humanas em resposta ao meio construído. A conexão entre as propriedades do espaço e as emoções humanas, propiciam novos caminhos para um ambiente acolhedor e restaurador, em qualquer idade, sob quaisquer circunstâncias de saúde.
